The publisher has already successfully migrated its portfolio of digital editions to SPRYLAB’s Purple DS platform in a migration process that ended this July. The technical and strategic partnership contains all of TI Media’s 39 brands with about 100 apps for tablet and phone.
TI Media’s portfolio spans a range of interest areas, from entertainment and women’s lifestyle to luxury, sports and technology. Amongst its titles are household names such as Woman’s Weekly and Country Life, as well as specialist titles such as Decanter and Wallpaper*.
TI Media’s aim of switching from their own digital platform to a new one was to find a solution that meets all current expectations, and has progressive options for future development and growth, says SPRYLAB.
Leonard Burns, Product Manager Digital Editions at TI Media: "Those that have migrated any software platform will know what a daunting task that that can be. Therefore, I was keen to partner with SPRYLAB to utilise their experience and get my hands on the Purple DS platform. The platform has proven to be an efficient, semi-autonomous publishing platform. The SPRYLAB support team have been responsive and coherent throughout our migration process. And I can say so far so good."
York Walterscheid, Chief Revenue Officer at SPRYLAB: "It is great that our effort and excellent offerings are attracting more and more interest in the competitive UK market. We are very excited to have the chance to work with TI Media as one of the biggest and highly regarded publishers in the UK. We very much look forward to regularly producing and publishing all of their great digital magazines on our platform. The migration was successful and all titles are live. Now I look forward collaborating and innovating on new ways of efficient and creative publishing."
